I agree. Rob burned a lot of bridges and released a pile or turds for a long while. Then, he put an ad out in AVN saying that he's going be bring back the glory days of Extreme Associates but he didn't have the talent pool he used to, not to mention that a lot of distributors and consumers were just tired of being dealt shitty movies for so long.

The DVD game is alive, but you have to put out top notch stuff to get noticed... for instance, Jules Jordan Video and Evil Angel. Their DVD's are still selling because they have a reputation of good product and good business ethics.

I see this move by Rob as a last ditch effort before packing it in. No big deal... not everyone can survive.
