Sorry - not got the main Ottawa address handy for this Niktame. In Canada copies of legislation are usually available from the Queen's Printer and don't cost much - usually a few dollars.
Just tried to find copies online, but these appear to be classified by Province - here's the URL for Saskatchewan -
http://www.qp.gov.sk.ca/. They have the Child Protection Act on this website, but not sure of the exact name of the obscenity act for Canada.
