How? The burden of proof is on the prosecution, not the defense. If you wanted to say he doesn't have cancer, and make it meaningful/legitimate, you would have to provide *evidence*, not hearsay, to the contrary. "Innocent before proven guilty" has been around before the Ancient Greeks, as it is a logical method to prove someone's guilt.
