you're right.. you cannot go on to cruise control.. you always need to keep changing and improving...
we are launching new members areas on Monday.. along with tons of new promo material.... and I will be the first to admit.. we are not being original offiering promo tools.. etc..etc...etc...
but I think we are the first to pay on the cross sell.. which now other companies are doing the same???..
hell who knows. you may take a look at that other persons shit.. and find something they added to improve it...
