First the site wasn't down for a week. It was down for less then 1 days. It went down mid day Friday and we got it back up at about 9:30am today. it was not an oversight or issue that comes with lack of experience in online biz. I've been running online companies for about 7 years now and so has Pete. We have 3 out of the hundreds of domains we own with Godaddy and they will now be moved to Moniker in the coming week. this would not have happen with them.
As for the Overused Content .. that made me laugh . That site is 100% exclusive content and updates regularly .
again we are sorry for the downtime but we fixed the issue as soon as it was brought to our attention. GFY is not our support ticket and it would have been fixed much sooner with an email or even phone call being that both get forwarded from the office to our home office on off hours. Pete and I are around 100% of the time and always willing to help.
