Trey has a habit of coming out on top... i.e. RogerV challenged him 30k a pop to prove each of what RogerV was calling lies and it never happened. Trey managed to just beat RogerV into submission with his pissing match prowess.... In this case, he can just make JTF jump thru hoops to legally prove it and then still walk away without following thru. A. he knows that 99.9% of the people on the board don't have the balls to follow thru on anything.. B. He just doesn't give a fuck... C. He can buy his way out of most things for a hell of a lot less money.
