Well, I'm no processor guy, but, since you're lacking another answer...
I think that's AMD's top mid-class mobile chip, if I'm not mistaken... so I think it'd pretty much suit most of your needs.... unless you wanna pay the extra for a Dual or Quad Core (Intel chips generally have a bit more cache on their chips, which I'm sure would be handy in repetitive applications like video encoding, and editing)... just make sure you get something that's compatible with a mobile graphical accelerator, and get that, as well... like the GeForce 8400M, which was only a $100 upgrade when last I checked.
And min 2 Gigs of RAM, of course.
