What kind of bread do you eat?
I started eating this multi-grain bread by Orowheat (or something) after usually just eating regular wheat bread. I swear there is a rock in my intestines. My body must be going through shock, it has no idea what to do with this stuff!
Is this normal? Will it get better as my body gets used to this kind of bread?
I don't feel bad and my stomach doesn't hurt... it just feels like there is a rock in there!
