for the people on here that do not understadn the legal system, let me explain.
many times things get settled out of court. and a lawsuit no longer needs to be filed. I am guessing KB tried to bluff his way all the way to right before filing a lawsuit, but realizing he didnt have one, he knew he couldnt afford the lawyer so he backed off and delt with it.
