I always laugh every time I get one for PayPal. Funny because I don't have a PayPal account and because I know that somewhere, some dumb schmuck just paypal'd his life savings to some sand n1gger somewhere.
I think there should be a consumer reporting agency that keeps track of people who are phishing victims, sort of like how ChexSystems keeps track of people who stiff banks. And then they should not be able to open up any more accounts.
