All of these people have accomplished more in a day than you will in your life. I can name hundreds more, you'd be surprised just who has served in their lifetime.

You think rattling off ten or so famous people who have been in the armed forces is going to impress me? Well, it isn't. Sorry.
If I could snap my fingers and every member of the armed forces from every country on Earth would drop dead I would do it in the blink of an eye. They are facilitators, the blunt force instrument of regimes of all stripes. Hitler couldn't have started WWII without them. They create and perpetuate human misery around the globe.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing but respect for the citizen who picks up a weapon and defends their borders when their country is under attack from another. They are doing their duty. But I have nothing but disgust for those that allow themselves to be pawns of the regime of the time. Those who will go to foreign lands and kill because they are ordered to. These people are simply government employeed terrorists. Scumbag mercenaries. They are human garbage who deserve everything they get. I cheer when they die. Fuck them. Almost every atrocity committed by the human race has been orchestrated by these scumbags in uniform on behalf of a government, a dictator or a king. The world would be infinitely better without them.
