I take my VA disability because I earned it on the field of battle and I take my SSA disability because I paid into it my entire working life and the government says that I am entitled to it. I do not apologize to you or anyone else for this. I live off of approximately half of my monthly income from these two sources and put the other half into my investments. I could live off of the monthly return from my investments if I chose to...but I chose to roll it over. This is all common board knowledge.
I will not identify my former business because my former business partner does not want me to identify it.
