Get a cheap host that has cpanel and fantastico. Install joomla the download and add the shop component at
http://virtuemart.net then download and install
http://www.joomlapal.com OR
http://www.joomlaware.com/index.php?...22&Itemi d=79
Should be able to install it all in a day.
