Oh you fine sir have not yet had the privilage of having the Southwest conversation with Cory.
Cory feels that he should not have to check in early and that he should be assigned a seat. My answer - Fly a different airline
Cory feels that he should get special treatment for his baggage and that his garment bag should be hung up with the rest of the hanging luggage. i.e. the Captains Blazer.
Cory feels that since he did not check in early online and print his boarding pass ahead of time that he should still be able to get a window or aisle seat and that he does not understand why he is stuck in the middle seat of the back row which does not recline.
Cory also does not feel that he should fly another airline, but that Southwest should accomodate all of his personal needs, no matter what their business goals may be.
Once you have this conversation with Cory you will understand completely.
