That's why I think motivation will only take you so far and people who rely solely on their 'motivation' are not much different than people who dig ditches. There will always be ditches that need digging, but at the end of the day, all you did was dig a ditch.
If you have a good enough idea, other people will do the work for you. That's where skills and brains come in. People who have neither overlook that and rely solely on motivation, which can only take them so far.
