1) Excercise
2) Do things that relieve stress (golf maybe)
3) Do different memory excercise games that stimulate different parts of the brain (sudoku, etc..)
4) Change your daily routine a bit, it stimulates the brain and your sense
5) I believe staying on the computer alot can add to memory loss because your continually doing the same thing over and over on the computer
6) Eat fruits and vegetables that are red or blue in color (carrots, blueberries, cranberries, grapes, etc...)
