Right now all they can do is leave the site blank until Bodog pays them the 11 million they owe. The remaining money is for future royalties to the company that won the lawsuit.
Basically Bodog can buy the domain for $11,000,000 if they want it, if not the company will just keep going to court and taking which ever domain bodog is using. The company that filed the suit had the rights to online gaming in some form.

I'm sure he has millions laying around, 11 million is nothing to that guy. He is probably negotiating. I don't see why. Every day that domain is down, he is losing mililions.
