Subs in all the main entertainment area's
In ceiling speakers throughout the house
3 Tv's in the main TV & theatre Room
Pre-Wire the entire house with Cat 5 for all A/V, Phone, Etc.
A/V Closet with HDMI to every room
Heat and Cool the pool
