I was out at the WYPD webmaster event in Las Salinas last week, so I apologize beforehand for bumping a three day old thread.
As far as Naked Hosting goes, let me say that our month to month setup fee is not because we do not want to retain our customers. We actually have a high retention rate. Our customers love us! The reason for the setup fee is simple. Our accounting department spends less time on pre paid accounts vs. monthly accounts. There are fewer invoices, credit cards to process etc. This does not even take into account the late notices, collection letters and the time it takes to terminate accounts that are seriously past due. We pass on this savings to our pre paid customers.
