I have read it and here is my deal.
I give you... and only you... 200 Mbps on BGP4 tier 1 BW in USA at cost price + $250, so I don't get screwed with Dollar/Euro exchanges (my company is based in Spain).
The catch is that you will have to put a hardlink saying like "Proudly hosted at XXX" at the bottom of the site you are about to burn the 200 Mbps with.
