Old news, but still pretty sick. The little girl had no clue and actually thought she was dying of cancer. I could care less that they were scamming people...but to make a kid think their sick with cancer, well that's fucked up.
It's kinda like that munchousen (sp) syndrome...where the parent keeps the kid sick so that they (the parent) can get attention.
