I would say it is accurate to the tune of maybe 2 or 3 TGP's being compliant...
But when they say secondary, I think they actually mean subscription porn sites... Like Bangbros, Nasty Dollars shit... People who buy content from the producer and become a secondary producer when they put it up on their websites.
