All I do know is that I work fucking hard to generate the traffic to send to programs and so only want to send it to someone that I feel is honest... So if it's true, it doesn't matter if you're using executive stats or not. I have a very strong technical background and so I know that any system can be circumvented one way or another. For affiliates it really comes down to either having inside deals or dealing with those that have a good reputation and/or you have a gut level good feeling about them.
