I appologize for a delay. I just received this link from one
of our customers.
So, I found your account. As can I see your account was verified
in 20 minutes after you sent us request at 07 of September.
You also sent us message to upgrade to premium status, but we
can't upgrade account only if it is active less than one month.
Anyway, I set your account to premium status now.
And the main problem - that is URL approval. I see that your URL was
approved next day only (at 08 of September 2007)
So as can I see problem was with site approval delay and too
many verification procedures. I really appologize for this issue,
but we do all the best to protect our system from fraud and
buying traffic to suspicous resources. You pass all verification
procedures and you will not get any future delays, because
next time system will validate your payments instantly.
I understand your frustration, but we have much experience with
cheaters and fraudulent and unauthorized payments, thats why
every new account should be carefully verified. After that, you
will not get any problems/delays.
