try this:
"curry chicken on coconut"
a friend of mine who is a chef suggested me to do it and it's really good.. you basically prepare some chicken (cut into small pieces, then put a little milk and curry so they become all yellow). while chicken is cooking, you put a thin layer of coconut on the dishes and then you put the chicken on.. you'll see that it's a great combo.
or well you could go for some gnocchi..but this is a good one, more particular... or you could for example take 2 different varieties of rice, the black one and the basmati one, first you cook the black one that takes longer for boiling and then you take the basmati... and you can serve them again with the chicken or some other kind of meat.
