roger is far from rich, he is atually very in debt lost his boat and car ( repoed) and his ex wont let him see his kids.

the only friends he has are the ones that he kisses their ass for exit traffic and cross sales. the rest of the time he worries about his hair and his clothes and who he will fuck at a club that night.
thats the reason he failed in this game, he put partying first and not business and other businesses he was involved with, which is why he was let go and i took his place.
