if you put 20%down.. you can also save from paying PMI insurance that will also save you $$$
but for sure this is a buyers market.. low interest rates.. and lots of property... a great investment for sure...

Not on the east coast this is a sellers dream. Jesus christ trailers are pulling 250k up here.
