OMG they are a fucking bunch of morans. Residential/SOHO phone/internet...
I always get either:

-Wrong Billing/Did not receive any Bill
-Waiting time on the line
-Phone system forwards me to the wrong place
-Operator transfers me 2 or 3 times

THANKFULLY I HAVE NO TECHNICAL ISSUES SO FAR.
I can only imagine the hassle it would be.

I always have to waste a lot of time and energy when I call there... I'd rather just not deal with them at all.
