I do have to say its been a while now that i asked selena to work for us here and Jaymancash and she accepted ... It was one of the smartest moves I ever made ... Selena has learned alot here and is definatly one in a million... Shes been here 2 years now She takes care of all the affiliates and helps keep us in line when we have stupid ideas.... She will be the first to stand up and say Tom thats a stupid idea... and for that Im grateful...

Anyways Thank you Selena for the AWESOME job you do here....And heres to another year with you at the helm of affiliate support...
