I think it would be more attractive if it was in the form of video tutorials ..like photoshop tutorials are done..talking thru the lesson..showing exactly what you are doing..show the results..etc..make them available on specific dates/times..maybe with a small written outline and FAQ/tips page on each lesson to go along with it.

That way the "student" could go over it as many times as they needed to understand and do it on their schedule as they have time and refer back as needed in the future, plus this could be an ongoing series as you come across new plug ins and so on.
