It is obvious in most cases if you are overweight, that one area in life, you don't understand a lot about is regarding diet and exercise... which is pretty darn important IMO. What's the sense in making millions of dollars if you die from a heart attack at 35 years old (this just happened to a wealthy builder who lived in my neighborhood the newspapers said he was worth over 35 million) and yes he was overweight.
