In my younger days, climbing the ranks of the restaurant business, I was an egg cook at a crappy casino in Laughlin, NV when we had a special called the old 49er, which was eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast for 49 cents....4am to noon....I couldn't eat eggs for about 3 years after that...I got so sick of looking at and smelling eggs...ugh, I'd get home from work and doze off on the couch dreaming of eggs....but it it did give me the ability to impress people with my egg flipping and omelet folding skills....the key is to have a really good pans and they have to be super clean...
