I'd be careful, they're pretty black hat. Not sure how many of their blocks are in SPEWS but I'd wager it's a decent number of them. Search in NANAE:

Searched for 'interland' group:news.admin.net-abuse.email. Results 1 - 10 of about 1,350.

Not good!
