it doesn't seem like you were paying attention last time or fully read the comments and remarks

Along with FSC and Lenny Freidlander, I was the lone other plaintiff who was willing to stick a neck out in the 2005 Federal court litigation (where we did INDEED win a TRO to keep Secondary Producers from being inspected last year and this year)----I DO indeed know what happened with DOJ summarily "rejecting" past comments (I was there on the scene in depositions and in federal court looking out for folks, including the haters). They might do likewise this time, too--which will give FSC ammo to argue in your behalf about the past subjectivity and political-pandering to those who had bush's ear; or, they just might see that we intend to make them look like fools in federal court for not being objective in their new regulations, thus possibly toning down some aspects of their harassments---either way, those who submitted comments are my heroes, while the others have possibly lit a suicidal time-bomb by finding excuses not to have taken 20-minutes to support the future litigation to save their asses!
I tried to help Secondary Producers, but many of them didn't do shit to help themselves by commenting---I am very disappointed, and this might be the last time I bang my head against the wall. I previously and VERY actively also supported the fight against .xxx---make no mistake about it, Industry comments to ICANN and the VERY positive lobbying by FSC's Diana Duke and Jeffrey Douglas in Lisbon DID indeed save us from the disaster of .xxx, and the aforementioned action of letters and FSC can't be overlooked by lazy haters who look for bombs to lob at FSC while they don't even contribute in any way.
I guess I'm not only disappointed, I'm starting to also feel upset.
Goodbye:-(((
