What I think is really lame is the article says that he got sick from eating it. You'd think if the burger was that salty, he would have stopped eating after the first bite, perhaps the second. I can see laying charges considering the person obviously tampered with it because of who the burger was going to, but otherwise, the whole thing sounds really dumb.
