Mike, as I understand it, you can do what I did--i.e., mailed/emailed mine directly without handing it over to FSC. Feel free to do so if you agree that any info DOJ/FBI wanted on us is already available to them, possibly even your comment and mine in this thread!
I'd hate to think that later Secondary Producer hassles might have possibly been lightened/eliminated/etc had I only spoken up by the end of the dealine on 9-10-07.

I Have no choice but try to defend GFY Secondary Producers--it's the right thing to do, just like me being a plaintiff for the 2005 FSC's TRO which kept Secondary Producers from ALREADY being subject to complying in the same hassling way as us Primary Producers already are burdened with. Unlike some, I recognize and appreciate what FSC did 2+ years ago on behalf of many of us:-))
