Flow

All day long I have been trying to log into Directv's new NFL Supercast (where you can watch live games online or on your cell phone). I was able to log in for a bit and watch the games live for about 30 seconds before it kicked me out. So I call them to complain and they tell me they did not expect so many people to watch games online so their servers were overloaded. They didn't know when the problem was going to be fixed - I gotta believe they got a shit load of calls over this one.

I can't believe they didn't expect almost everybody to watch a second game on their laptop while watching another game on the TV. Talk about piss poor planning.
