Just hold on to it for now. Don't let anyone know you've got it. Who knows what it may or may not be worth in the future. If you don't have one of the big three extensions, it isn't worth any more than you paid for it at the moment. If he ends up with even half of the star potential that is forecasted, it might eventually be worth more than you paid for it...in ten years or so. Now, if someone from his PR team shows up with a wheel barrow full of cash...go for it.
