I would buy a internal seagate and buy a case for it. It isn't hard to put together and won't take 10 minutes to put it in the case.

I haven't checked in awhile but all external drives have a warranty of 1 year. So if you care about the warranty you should get a internal drive that has a 5 year warranty. Besides the warranty a lot of the cases on externals are cheap and you can buy better ones.
