I know I am uninsured by the wife has insurance. She has a deductable yet has co pays and such for DR visits and drugs etc. She is not paying 100% of any of it even at first.
Well, as he has mentioned nothing about co-pays, I am going to have to make some presumptions. Maybe he can scan his policy in for us.
