I have been reading alot of people having problems with ibill. If you need someone to go to their offices and see what is going on with your account, I am about 100 miles away and would not be a problem going there.

I could probably find a lawyer in that area for you guys if you want to take on a class action suit or something against them.

If there is something I can do for you, I am sure we can work something out amongst us...
