Could you please explain in logic at all behind that thought or propaganda of that video?
Why would they grind up any choice style cuts, even at a lower grade they produce more money per pound over ground beef?
Anyone who has worked with any thick skinned animal (cow, deer, etc) knows damn well that just grinding the skin would still not make it chewable in a hamburger consistency, not to mention bone fragments.
There is a hell of a lot more one would ask before taking assumptions or believing what your told when shown a video. Hell I would reason that is the video was not made for propaganda shit alone the cow was or would of been killed.
