hi "ibill service",
a few weeks ago "ibill-cathy" claimed she could help to solve any problems, but at last she was willing to answer questions by mail.

since i got no answer about a missing statment from an other ibill-mailaddy, i tried cathys offer to find an answer;-)
no need to say i never heard anything back...
thumbs up,cathy, you fit in the company.

but that's not a big problem, since i have an account-rep aswell, so i mailed him.
maybe he is out of the company now, since i got a reply from a other ibill-person who asked with what i need help (no need to say, i allways attached all the question,accountnumbers,blah).
now i wait again 3 weeks for an answer and i doubt there will follow any.

my question to "ibill service":
what are your business plans after you processed all the rebills from your older costumers?
