VanillaTGP w/out a doubt. I know there are a lot of smart thumbs fans, I tried it and didn't really care for it myself, though I didn't find it a bad script, just didn't work the way I wanted it too.
Vanilla was a steep learning curve to be sure, and I'm holding my breath for version 2.0. I re-launched SweetCollegeGirls on it back in July and recently launched CutieVids.com on it a couple week ago.
Pleased as punch with the product.
I also own TGPX which is a nice script as well.
I used Comus back in the day and I will use one word to sum it up (circa 2003), inefficient. Maybe its changed since then?
I love the guy that suggest TM3 for traffic, that's cute

.
The two _current_ major players for traffic scripts right now would be TradeExpert.net and ArrowScripts.com. I have copies of both. TE is a great script but the admin seems slow. It has a ton of functionality but I honestly won't be investing the time to get into it and figure out all the features. I have other things to do ;). So I'll stick with ATX on all my new sites (and most of my old). Great support and a really nice piece of code.
