After consulting a lawyer and piecing together our TOS, Privacy policy, custom model release etc, yes, we have gone over every possible option.
Also to further clarify, we don't have ANYTHING regarding fux.com located in US. Hosting is EU based, company and myself are EU based, and so will anything else related to the site.
