At the Anti-Piracy meeting, Sid representing the FSC indicated that AFF had not paid the FSC the money they had pledged...
I think what would be better than simply blacklisting AFF and others who advertise/have affiliates on sites loaded with stolen content, would be to invite these advertisers to restore their standing in our industry by coming up with a policy and program so that they no longer purchase ads from sites that tolerate content theft, and that they ban any affiliates involved with content theft.
Coupled with this (not in place of it), I would like to see these advertisers make donations to the adult anti-piracy organization that is emerging, say, on the order of a large percentage of whatever profits they made by advertising on content theft sites, either directly or through affiliates (I do not believe that having their ads appearing on content theft sites is accidental, but rather a case of greed, since they saw how much traffic a site that gives away stolen content can generate).
