well i got thru in about 45 minutes
but the guy was a douche bag
i got a deep voice but yet he kept calling me ma'am
and i gave him all the info on my account and i tell him my issue and he says your balance is XXX and says is there anything else i can help you with
and said "yea my issue .." he goes "oh" lol
