It shouldn't be a turn off because you are giving them a page that matches the micro niche in as far as content on the page plus the fact that they are looking for Asian Lesbians infers that they are also interested in Asians in general. So, with the case of the reverse engineering technique you are using the control of the micro niche terms to get that 'new' traffic to the tour.
Now, if you are dealing with fetishes then I would make more of an effort to make sure the tour and the site are more focused on the actual micro niche terms that you are targetting. That is simply because if the micro niche term is about a fetish (for example Asian Boot Fetish) the focus of the surfer is more likely to be on the fetish part. So, they want boot fetish most and if the boots being on an Asian woman is more of icing on the cake.
As far as identifying micro niches..I have a good eye because it is how I have been doing my personal sites for years. So, when I have had to go looking to buy content I have had to be able to look beyond the actual picture and break it down.
