Casinos don't buy per click? Check the Overture prices for the term Casino, it may open your eyes a little. I buy a lot of traffic by the click, on a case by case basis. Think about it for a second genous, what is Refer Back supposed to offer per click? Someone with a quality SE fed casino site should get the same per click as some assclown sending blind TGP clicks?
