I make more money with links than I do with all the search engine bulllshit I spend my days on.
It is totally about the person managing the links. If you don't understand "link management" then as the man said, "go back to your job."
I pity newbies who try link exchange.
Not only will they will eat you alive but even after it's over you won't understand what happened.
